Pet Sessions!
Why do I photograph animals? Because I LOVE them. Their wiggles and wet noses make my heart happy. Their whiskers and toe beans fascinate me. Sloppy kisses and puppy breath…there’s nothing sweeter! Whether they walk, run, hop, clop, or wiggle their way into my studio, if they can fit through the door and make their way up a handful of stairs, they’re welcome! Beyond dogs & cats, I’ve photographed goats, bunnies, and chickens in my studio, and I loved every minute. A dream would be to photograph a baby minature cow (no session fee if you bring me one!), and while I’m not proud to admit I’m frightened of animals that slither, if you promise it won’t hurt me, AND you won’t leave it behind when you go, snakes are welcome too. Maybe. Most likely. We’ll see…doesn’t hurt to ask anyway!
Here’s the scoop on pet sessions…
Bring any special toys or treats that your pet may enjoy (anything we can do to encourage good behavior in front of the camera!).
Owner(s) should come dressed & ready to be in a photo with their pet (Ball gown and/or tux not necessary, but maybe jeans and a nice top), if you’d like a photo with your pet! You don’t HAVE to be in any photos, but come on…why wouldn’t you WANT to be in at least a few with that beloved pet of yours??
The session fee of $795 is paid at time of booking to secure your session time, and includes a $500 artwork credit. This is for up to two animals. If you have three or more, the session fee is $895. Prints & products are sold separately.
One to two weeks after our session, We’ll meet back at the studio to view your images and you can pick your favorites and place your order! I will edit and deliver your images/products as soon as possible.
